We are proud to announce the completion of our Pune facility expansion — a milestone that reflects the trust our customers have placed in us and our commitment to meeting the growing demand for industrial automation solutions in India and beyond.
What's New
The expanded facility adds 5,000 square feet of production space to our existing 8,000 sq ft plant, bringing total manufacturing area to 13,000 sq ft. Key new capabilities include:
- Robotics Integration Bay: A dedicated 1,200 sq ft area equipped with robot programming stations, safety fencing, and vision system calibration tools — enabling us to build and test complete robotic cells before delivery.
- Expanded Bowl Feeder Production: Three new feeder assembly bays increase our monthly output capacity from 60 to 100 bowl feeders.
- 3D Simulation Studio: We have invested in off-line programming and machine simulation software, allowing customers to virtually validate their automation solution before the first component is manufactured.
Improved Lead Times
With greater production capacity, we are reducing standard delivery lead times for vibratory bowl feeders from 6 weeks to 4 weeks, and for custom assembly machines from 20 weeks to 16 weeks.
