Our Pick & Place Robotic Integration Unit combines a Kalapremi vibratory bowl feeder with a 6-axis collaborative robot and 2D vision system. The vision system locates randomly oriented parts on the feeder belt and guides the robot to pick and place them with ±0.05 mm repeatability.
